excellent ale

After many years of tasting both foreign and domestic, bottled / on tap beers, that includes beers from microbreweries - this ale is tied or even wins - top slot. Hops are pleasant but not overbearing. Balanced flavor profile. Refreshing. Thanks to Satchel, I hit a home run with this kit, on my first whole grain brewing experience! It was so tasty, I just bottled the Rice Lager last week. And the Irish Stout kit is on it's way here. My only regret is - that I waited until I retired to start brewing. If you are on the fence to start brewing, and you like Ale's - this is an excellent ale. I'll be getting this particular kit again soon. I just ordered more bottles!!! Cheers...

Easy To Make & Drink

The light ale is a great beer and I would recommended it to any home brewer. The beer reminds me of a blonde ale which is perfect for the summer after a hot day. It’s very easy to make and you can have a great tasting beer in 4 weeks or so.
